Event Overview

As a London-based charity event planner, our approach focused on delivering an experience that felt seamless, elevated and thoughtfully executed.

The Feathers Ball was a refined charity gala held within the iconic Hintze Hall at the Natural History Museum, bringing together supporters, donors and partners for an evening of fundraising, connection and celebration.

Set beneath the dramatic architecture of one of London’s most prestigious landmark venues, the event welcomed 350 guests for a seated dinner, live entertainment and fundraising moments throughout the evening.

Design & Guest Experience

The design approach centred on understated elegance, thoughtfully complementing the scale and grandeur of Hintze Hall. Layered tablescapes, considered lighting and cohesive styling enhanced the space while maintaining a refined and welcoming atmosphere.

Each element was curated to support both the visual impact of the event and the overall guest experience, ensuring the environment felt immersive without detracting from the purpose of the evening.

Fundraising & Entertainment

A key highlight of the evening was a private live performance by Leona Lewis, creating a memorable moment for guests and elevating the overall experience.

Alongside this, the fundraising elements were carefully managed, with transitions between dining, speeches and auction moments designed to feel natural and well-paced. This helped maintain energy in the room and maximise engagement throughout the evening.

Behind the scenes, full event management and production coordination ensured the event ran seamlessly. From supplier management and timelines through to on-site delivery at the Natural History Museum, every detail was carefully overseen to allow the client to focus on their guests and the success of the event.

The result was a considered and seamlessly delivered charity gala that not only reflected the values of the organisation, but created a memorable experience for all in attendance.
