    Founder

    Ebony has over 25 years of experience planning and delivering exceptional events across corporate, brand and private settings. Known for her calm leadership, meticulous approach and creative vision, she is deeply involved in every event, working closely with clients to translate ideas into beautifully executed experiences.

    Respected within the industry for her discretion, attention to detail and high level of client care, Ebony has built long-standing relationships based on trust, clarity and consistency.     Tom Greenaway

    Head of Production

    Tom is Neon Touch’s production specialist, bringing over 15 years of experience across live events, technical production and audiovisual delivery. Highly regarded for his technical expertise and meticulous approach, Tom ensures every production element is seamlessly executed, from sound and lighting through to full-scale event production.

    Known for his calm, approachable manner and problem-solving mindset, Tom is a trusted presence for both clients and suppliers alike. In addition to his production role, Tom is also an accomplished DJ and is frequently requested by clients to perform at their events.

    Head of Marketing

    Alex is Neon Touch’s Head of Marketing, bringing over 20 years of experience across the UK events industry, including senior roles with leading London venues and agencies.

    At Neon Touch, Alex oversees marketing strategy, website optimisation and content creation, as well as supporting the management of our client database. His industry insight and strategic approach ensure the brand is represented with clarity, consistency and impact across all platforms.
