Event Overview

Neon Touch Events was appointed to design and deliver a client reception for 500 guests at The Londoner. The event was created as a valued opportunity to strengthen existing client relationships and position the brand at the centre of meaningful, in person connection.

Our Role-

The team at Neon Touch Events provided full-service event planning and event design, supporting the client from concept through to live delivery. Our role included:

• Creative concept development and event design

• Venue sourcing

• Guest flow and capacity management for 500 attendees

• Event Design & Guest Experience-

  The design concept focused on elevated simplicity, allowing The Londoner’s contemporary interiors to act as the backdrop while enhancing the space through thoughtful layout, lighting and styling.

• The reception format was intentionally designed to encourage conversation and networking, with clear circulation routes and carefully planned focal points to avoid congestion and maintain a relaxed atmosphere despite the guest numbers.

  Every design decision was made with guest experience in mind, ensuring the event felt intimate, refined and purposeful.

• Event Delivery-

  On the night, Neon Touch Events managed the event on site, overseeing supplier timings, venue operations and the overall flow of the reception. Our discreet live management ensured the event ran seamlessly, allowing the client team to focus on engaging with guests and nurturing key relationships.
