The Londoner-Client Reception

THE BRIEF

Working with one of our longstanding clients to create the perfect annual client reception. This is an important event for our client, and provides valuable time to connect with their guests and thank them for their business throughout the year. The event needs to feel elevated and special, but the space also needs to lend itself to allow guests to see each other, so the space needs to work with this brief in mind.

OUR APPROACH

Having held this event at many prestigious venues over the years, coming up with a new and fresh venue each year is always a challenge as the event gets larger in capacity each year and we always propose spaces than can hold 600 guests or more. This year we put forward The Londoner, one of the most beautiful hotels in London, and we knew it would work perfectly for this special event. Guests need to be excited when they receive their invitation and the venue always needs to feel special, the Londoner offers the right mix of opulence and style and we knew it would work brilliantly.
