As a London-based corporate event planner, our approach focused on delivering an experience that felt seamless, elevated and thoughtfully executed.

This corporate client reception was held at the iconic German Gymnasium in London, bringing together guests for an evening of connection, conversation and considered hospitality.

The event welcomed approximately 500 guests for a standing reception with food, drinks and entertainment throughout the evening. The brief was to create a refined and engaging environment that supported client interaction while reflecting the brand’s identity.

Design & Guest Experience

The design approach was centred on understated elegance, enhancing the architectural character of German Gymnasium while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Carefully considered styling, lighting and layout ensured the space felt cohesive and well-balanced, allowing for natural guest flow and interaction. Every detail was curated to support both the visual impact of the event and the overall guest experience.

Production, Flow & Delivery

From the outset, we worked closely with the client to shape an event that balanced creativity with functionality. The guest journey was carefully mapped, from arrival drinks through to the flow of the reception, ensuring the evening progressed naturally and effortlessly.
